Simple Snack

today, I just try a new recipe to make a snacks..
well, actually it's not a new recipe,
it was Farah Quinn who made it first.., hehehe...
I adore Farah Quinn for all the recipe that she made..!!
it's easy and simple to make..

oh, back to the recipe, i made Tapai Crackers...
if Farah Quinn know the recipe, then i don't know..!!
hahahahaaa..., i really forgot! i didn't wrote the recipe..
but, i still remember how to make it.. :)
I made it with feeling..

well.., let's start it!

here's the main ingredients :

how to make it :

puree the tapai, then basting cracker with 1 spoon eat tapai mix, averaging, close with another cracker, like this...

and do this until the mix washed-up. and put the tapai cracker into a mixed flour, like this..

heat the cooking oil, fried the tapai cracker, back and forth the tapai cracker until brownish,

then take it.

TADAAAAA...!!!
